~Happy Easter~

What a wonderful day!

We went to church, the message was wonderful and then the family got together at my grandmothers house for lunch.

I got to see baby Kyle for the first time and oh boy, he's such a cutie! So little and smoochie, slept the entire time...I sure hope he doesn't keep mommy and daddy awake all night tonight.

I remember those days, desperately waiting until I could get just 4 hours of straight sleep...couldn't wait for that time to come.

Mer will be 4 in July and yes, there are already plenty of times when I quietly watch her in the moment...when she's twirling in her dress...playing with her babies, reading a book to herself...and secretly wish I could slow down time.

Is it because of my age, I don't know. Is it because I know I can't have anymore babies, I don't know.

The one thing I do know is this, I make every effort to spend as much time in the moment with my kids as I can, it's by far my very favorite place to be.
